Accompanying dependant arrival / landing

Hi all,

I have a question regarding an accompanying dependant. I live with the applicant, my husband (I'm the sponsor), in Europe. His daughter lives in South America.

Assuming both my husband and his daughter are granted pr, can she travel:
a) before us
b) after us to join us
c) after us, but after we have come back to this country to finalize our move
d) or is she only allowed to land at the same time as us?

I'd greatly appreciate any info. It's tricky with her uni studies, and our kids' school years. Thanks in advance!
