acceptance of new proof for refusal reconsideration

Dear all,

My case is refused on the basis of NOC duties mismatch. I can get new letter from employer.
But will visa officer will consider new proof for reconsideration. Or he will insist for only documents which were present at the time of decision?

Nope. You need to wait and apply again in July if your NOC is still on the list. All the best!

I disconnected call to redial you, but later on skype even could not be signed in due to some error. I tried for half an hour but could not connect it.

No, Duties mismatch does not keep further option for reconsideration with sending a new one.
VO would understand that this is the renewed thing and done solely to satisfy the VO regardless of the true duties you actually perform.

Wait for the new list this July 2012.

Skype usually has this problem. their users are increasing day by day.
Free service; no one should expect anything better that than from skype.

begging for a reconsideration without valid reasons wont be accepted.
Have you prepared reasons for which you think you should have been accepted?
