Hello,

I would appreciate some help on this. I know this is frequently asked question but still I am looking for confirmation.

I will be completing my 2 years of Canadian work experience on August 25th but system has awarded me 2 years points on July 1st and today I received an ITA. Should I accept the ITA or reject it.

Thanks in advance.

Assuming you need those points to be above the cutoff score then you can submit your e-APR only after completing 2 years of work experience.

There's no need to confirm something that is stated in the IRCC website.
I am scared if my application gets rejected even if i submit my e-APR after completing 2 years of Canadian work experience. Can you please provide the link where IRCC website says that I can submit my e-APR after 2 yrs completion.

But again its the system which awarded me points . I dint misrepresent in anyway.
Then just wait one more month. You will sure get it anyway. It’s stated very clearly that you must have obtained the relevant experience by the time you received an ITA. Not when you submit your PR application

You need to meet the MEC at the time the ITA is issued, but I'm pretty sure CRS is determined when the AOR is issued.

He already has 1 year of Canadian work experience so is meeting the MEC already - if he accepts the ITA now but submits his AOR after completing the 2nd year of work, he should be fine.

2 years means 104 weeks. If u are shy even by one week the officer has the right to refuse the application unless ur application end up being evaluated by a very compassionate VO who decide to put the waivers
