Hello, Everyone!

If you've submitted an 'online application for permanent residence' through IRCC's Express Entry system and if your application has exceeded 6 months of processing time, please report your forum username, AOR date, and application category here.

Yes let us all organise and push them to take us and our files seriously!!

Let's see how many of us are still waiting, here, for our files to be processed by the Abu Dhabi visa office.
Thanks!

WOW, seems like ADVO is super fast and all the applicants got their applications processed well within the six months time. :D

Looks like perfectSkilledMigrant and I are the only ones, still waiting. Or, is it all about the pigeons, lol.
Good grief.

Hi Guys,

Glad to have a group for local information within UAE. Please guide on my below query

I submitted my EE profile last week and expect an ITA soon Inshallah (my score is 473)

I am aware that i need to get PCC for India from Dubai. Can anyone list down steps to follow for this?

Also, I am aware to get PCC from Dubai Police for my stay in Dubai

Assuming i get ITA by Mid-November and have Mid-January time to submit my application, will I be issued a PCC by Dubai police as my work visa will expire on 1st Feb 2017 (and so will my Emirates ID). My employer will in all likelihood renew it, but will the expiry date create any hurdle while issuing PCC by Dubai police?

Awaiting your expert comments.

Steps for getting a PCC from UAE (and subsequently from India)

Follow the following steps

1. Get your Dubai PCC from the Dubai Police Website or their smart app. (website: https://dubaipolice.gov.ae/. Serach for Good Conduct Certificate). This will take 3-4 days and you'll get the certificate by email. You will need a valid emirates ID (soft copy) to get this. This was the quickest and most painless PCC to obtain for me.

2. Once you get the Dubai PCC, apply for a PCC from Indian Consulate via BLS. You will need to submit a copy of the Dubai PCC, Original passport, photos etc. See here: http://www.blsindiavisa-uae.com/passport/passport-eoi-Police-Clearance-Certificate-for-EOI.php. Suggest that you take the photos at the BLS center as they keep changing specs

The Indian PCC has to be applied for in person at the BLS center.

Hope this helps.

Dubai Police will issue you a PCC as long as the Emirates ID is valid at the time of applying.

Hi,

I have a question.

Do you know anyone who applied under the Express Entry system and has received PPR/RFV email from the Abu Dhabi visa office, recently?

Thanks!

Hello People!
I am living in Dubai so I presume my case will also be handled by Abu Dhabi VO. I have one question though, while creating EE profile, in terms of experience it has options Two - Three and Four - Five, nothing in between. I have 3.8 years of it.
Which one shall I chose?

Thanks!

Any good news?

Hi Que Em,

Not from me (AOR 22 May).. hoping that this week it will be good for us all :)

I have a question if you could please help..

I am residing in Abu Dhabi, so i am assuming my VO would be abu dhabi (or ottowa) ..

I have not paid my Landing fee upfront, but was requested to pay it mid Sept which i did..

Do you or anyone else know how long does it take for RPRF to ppr if my VO was abu dhabi?

Also, is there an easy way to find out where my VO is? Other than ordering notes which could take forever.

Thanks!
