What is the process and time duration to get the PCC from India when you are in UAE? And where do I have to contact for this in Dubai.

Contact BLS, they will provide the PCC from the Indian Embassy. They take 1 week to deliver. They keep your original passport with them and return it along with the PCC. BLS charges apply. You may have to provide white background passport size photos too.sikkavarun said:

BLS is located in the Al Khaleej center in Bur Dubai. Go early - by 7:30 or you'll have to wait in a long queue. Avoid Saturday as that is really busy.

Strange to know they keep the passports with them. I am travelling to India next week for 20 days. If I apply PCC from there will that be processed and valid as I am staying outside India since last 10 months?

AOR: 15th. Oct 2015
Medical: Passed.
Application status: OPEN
Review of eligibility: REVIEW IN Progress.
Review of submitted documents: Provided.
Scheduling an interview: NOT need at this time.
Background check: NOT started
Final decision: Not Started.

Bella15, CANEE what we're the dates you submitted your PPs through VFS? Did you get a confirmation from VFS on what date they submitted to the embassy.CANEE said:
