i have done medical in November 2016... now again yesterday they are asking remedial me any my family... my question is.. after second time medical again waiting ....

I need your advise on something. Two days ago I received MR for myself and my family, however I have to add my new born son to my application. My lawyer is saying to wait till my new born is added and his medical instructions is sent by IRCC. My dilemma is should I wait or go ahead get mine and my family members medical done before the 30 days ti.e limit given by the VO and later after my newborn son is added and receives medical instruction get his done.

Please advise if any one of you went through similar situation and what should be done.

My advice is to email the visa office as soon as possible and wait for their instructions.
When did you submit your federal application and is it in Abu Dhabi visa office?

Your lawyer should contact the visa office and adhere to their instructions. You can not ignore the time limit they specified.

My advice is to email the visa office as soon as possible and wait for their instructions.

Thanks for your advise. I submitted on July 14, 2017. VO is not Abu Dhabi

Your lawyer should contact the visa office and adhere to their instructions. You can not ignore the time limit they specified.

Thanks the VO gave me 30 days to get the medicals done. Hopefully my lawyer will sort it out with them soon.

Question for you, did you receive any request for document update in the last few months prior to your 2nd medical request? Updated documents such as police check or other immigration forms?
