Could you clearify the grounds of first refusal and how you refuted them?

thanks,

Congrats on winning your appeal!!

Was it because they sent you correspondence which you never received?

Hi I was refused in May of 2016 deemed to be Inadmissible,we argued that the VO officer decision contained an error in that she classified me in A36(1)(B) serious criminality,as opposed to A36(1)(B) criminality. So therefore we argued and was successfull and as stated in my prior conversation we Appealed the matter in June of 2016 and won our appeal in Nov 2016,then our case was Adjudicated by way of ADR on Jan 19th 2017 which we won.

Were you the guy who was refused because you had an old ticket for driving without a license? Wow talk about an ordeal over that. Well, I think you have learned your lesson now. Congratulations, glad it worked out for you!

Thanks, and yes it was an up heaven battle instead of an uphill battle, the ADR was very helpfull in that they did not look at my ticket any more which I had payed, instead they concentrated on my past history in the U.S.A. Thank God it is all over,.,.Hope everyone the same success.
