Did you send your passport through VFS or by fedex/dhl/aramex?

Hi, thru tnt, same like dhl here in the philippines. That is the partner courier of our agency. I am worried, 5weeks since ppr and until now no news.

If you provided them with a paid return envelope to send back you should be able to use that tracking number to determine if they have dispatched it back to you.

Otherwise you'll have to wait for until 8 weeks have passed by (since the process takes anywhere from 1-2 months), then you can raise them a CSE or give them a call.

Don't know what else to tell you.

Hi purple_buscuit, I clarified to my agency the passport submission, yes, they did not provide paid return envelope as it is not applicable to international like from abu dhabi to philippines. Is it true that abu dhabi embassy will contact us/them for the procedure of sending passport once completed? Or the immigration will send the passports back to the address written as sender of the passport and thats the time they will pay for the courier service? Thank you.

You would have to ask the embassy, I don't want to give you wrong information. I would raise a CSE asking about the status.

From Philipines is it possible to send Abu Dhabi, I would like to know why you choose to send to Abu Dhabi instead of sending directly to Canada embassy in Philipines
