They will send you a sheet of paper with your personal information with a bar code. You attach a sheet of paper with your application.

Also health screening results, they will send it straight to the office processing your application.

ive already sent my application in, and they processed it and they asked me to go do the medical and they have that Emedical thing bthey gave me like a paper saying i went or w.e but iw asnt sure if they them selves forward it
