I have not passed my medicals and I would still be sent to do some extra test.
However, I contacted the doctor a few days after the exam, and did a bit of research on CKD. The doctor gave me Grade A as there is no obnormality in urine test which could indicate CKD, specifically blood, protein, and glucose should not be in the urine.

do not indicate CKD"
