Hi everyone,
Please help me to answer these questions in the Statutory Questions:

1. Has ABC been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?
Yes. Explain: I was refused a Canadian permanent resident visa once in Jan 2020.

2. Has ABC ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?
Yes or No!?? Should I answer Yes again because I have been refused a permanent resident visa before? And explain the same as above? I think they ask about vistor visa or study/work permit which I haven't been refused any, but they asked the same thing on the above question.

Yes, I know I have to answer the truth. I'm confused two questions because they seem like asking the same thing, so I'm not sure how to answer the second one.
