I took the test on 09 October (Thanksgiving), today 13 October I saw it updated in the tracker. Interestingly, in the tracker it says that my test was updated to completed on 11 October, so it has some delays I believe.

Hi, you received an email requesting a clear copy of ID, do they say it's because the ID photo captured during the test was not clear enough?
