Hi...
Are you going to apply in Ontario?which program is the latest one? In Ontario or Quebec? As I read Quebec have different qualification/rules in CIC. If the latest program you did in Ontario probably you will get 1 year only. Im not sure abt it(hopefully Im wrong). What you can do is, just apply and fill up all the forms require by CIC, provide all your education in Canada, CIC will decide how long you will get your pgwp.

Finger cross....brst of luck

Do you live in Quebec now? if yes, then apply it following Quebec requirements. If currently you live in Ontario, you should apply following Ontario rules, and as I said, CIC will decide what kind of PGWP you will get (Ontario or Quebec) and for how long.

As I read on each province, in Alberta & Manitoba for example; they only accept PGWP that graduated from their province colleges/universities, and they don't accept outside their province.

I am not sure with Quebec, never check about it. As you graduated from Quebec college, then you need to ask your International Student Service in your college regarding this matter. For sure they can help and explain to you.

Good luck

As far as I know, provinces don't process PGWPs, the federal government does.

According to CIC's website
the student is eligible if:

"If students who obtained a one-year graduate degree or diploma from an eligible institution in Canada after having obtained, within the prior two years, another diploma or degree from an eligible institution in Canada, then the duration of the work permit may be up to 3 three years."

It makes no mention about having to be about one specific province. Or specific rules per province

The federal government has an agreement with Quebec which expands the eligible institutions. But having one diploma from one province and one from another doesn't seem like an issue to me.

As long as both institutions were eligible and have a DLI number it should be fine.

You should call CIC though, they might give you a more concrete answer.
