About Option C printout

Hello guys,

Sorry for posting such a silly query but when there is a doubt, no where to go besides this forum. I had called CRA 15 days ago for option C print out and I just got one letter today from CRA with having title Income Tax Return Information-Regular (for tax year 2013). So is it the option c printout I am looking for?

Yes that is it, They actually don't have it written on the form Option-C
