now you need to apply for PR (paper application). You will get all information on below link.

yes i got my PCC , after 5-6 weeks , i applied on May 19th , BLS received my application on june 4th and got my PCC on June 29

For PCC you need to select Passport Application in Application Type
Enter your passport number and date of birth
which will give you the current status of an application.

Note: your status will available when you email which mention that they received your PPC Application.
