About no records found on my tracking id on vfs global tracking system

hello buddies, i have a query about my canada study permit tracking situation. For 67 days, after it reached singapore visa office it showed to me as the visa application is in under proccess. But today i checked on vfs global the visa tracking is showing no records are found . So, my question is what does it mean by this and did any decision is made on my visa application?? . thanks in advance

You applied online or paper ? because for Online applications it will shows no record found ..
