About Education degree and certificate

@legalfalcon sir could you give some instructions about the education part. I have a degree and I wonder if the TESOL certificate can be treated as the certificate in the 'two or more degrees, certificates..' option? Thank you

Don’t you have PR and are inland? What do your ECAs state.

I do not believe it would. Since TESOL is a language certificate mostly done online. It most likely is not equivalent to a certificate credential.
