Do you think the CRS score one obtains from the online CRS official calculator tool matches (or very close to) the score you will receive when you are put in the CRS pool?

If not, what is the reason for that?

If you enter your points correctly into the tool, the scores should be identical.

One reason can be that you do not understand how to correctly calculate the amount of work experience, and which of that experience qualifies.

To enter the data into the tool, you must do the sums yourself.

When you create your EE profile, you enter the dates of your work experience and the myCIC backend does the calculation for you.

This is usually the biggest source of discrepancy.

In general, as istari alluded to, if you don't make a mistake, the score will be the same.
My understanding about the work experiences is:

1. MUST be in the NOC categories with level 0, A or B.

2. Working in Canada but MUST with proper Work Permit

3. Full time (or equivalent part-time) (but has to be working on the same NOC code?)
