Besides being able to print, are there any visual differences between the old and new forms?

Yes the forms are slightly different. The fields are the same, but some of the page breaks are at different points. It definitely looks rushed.

Anyway, I've just copied over all the stuff, and just sent in my application

Did your online physical presence calculator work? I've tried it in numerous browsers and it just won't work.

Yes, but it took forever. It kept going down every time I made a change, but if you login, at least it saves your progress.
Literally every change took between 30seconds to 10minutes to do and sometimes i'd have to wait 10-15minutes for the server to start responding again, Just takes a lot of patience.

I'm glad it worked for you in the end. I can't even get past the first set of dates at the moment, and then it crashes again.
