As long as they feel any of your employment record should not be counted, then they will mark review required. And if it makes your points drop below that of the round, then the specific criteria will also be required. If not, then it doesnt matter. I have one employment record review required as well but my points does not drop below the needed, and all the criteria above are still marked Met. It will be more helpful if you can share the detailed notes about your employment record left by the agent.

Comment from Case Processing Agent,
****NOTE: Review of employment record required regarding reference - eDoc #xxx
(CompanyA - holds 11 months work experience in Canada) A 11.2: Review Required R75: FSW MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - Review Required R76: SELECTION CRITERIA - FSW POINTS : Review Required R76: SELECTION CRITERIA- FUNDS: APPEARS TO MEET FSW points total: 63 Ready to Finalize RPRF: Complete Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) CRS Score at invitation to apply (ITA) 451 CRS points minimum score for round: 451 CRS score at application (APR): 451 Total CRS Points Assessed I Verified: 411
(451 - 40 = 411, 40 points reduced which was claimed for the 1 year Canadian work experience) I have reviewed the following for CRS points: PA gained points as SINGLE at ITA for 3+ year(s) Foreign Work Experience with "CompanyC, edoc# xxx" & "CompanyD, edoc# xxx" PA gained points for Canadian Education Transcript Provided eDoc# xxx Diploma Provided eDoc# xxx
As you can see the notes, officer is not happy the docs for CompanyA (11 months work experience in canada which holds 40 CRS points). Employer is a well known bank in Canada and they were not able to provide the reference letter as per IRCC guidelines. So I submitted a reference letter with all required details as per IRCC (not on company letter head) (not notarized by indian laywer as since it is a canadian employer), but had it signed by my supervisor with his official contact details and attached his employee ID card. Apart from this, I have also submitted all the require documents including experience letter, offer letter, designation change letter, recommendation letter, payslips, T4 Tax documents.
Question: Should I notarize the reference letter? Is it okay to notarize it by an Indian lawyer for a canadian employer's reference letter?
Note: I applied from India as FSWO applicant
