Hello sir, If an applicant's file is being processed at the local visa office and the duo of eligibility and criminality were in progress and security not started; however calls made a month later stated that all 3 are 'not started". Pls what do you think?

It was eligibility and criminality that were in progress. However security was not started; right now all three have reverted to not started..according to the cic agent.

Thanks Asiv, still waiting for the notes and they very not replied the cse. Before now they said it was in progress and all of a sudden became not started...
