what does "A two-year diploma, trade certificate or apprenticeship AND at least 14 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study" Mean....

does it mean a two year diploma that is included in those 14 years ie (12 years + 2 years) or (14 years + 2 years).....

It mean that you need 2 yr diploma apart from 14yrs of full-time study.

No it doesn't, it means that it took 14 years of education to get a two year diploma.
