hi guys,

i am a newer here..there is one question when i fill in EE profile.

I have submitted CEC last Nov. but it was returned. and the application fee was returned too. it means my case was not processed at all.

so for the question " have you submitted immigration application before", what should i answer, yes or No?

thanks :D

I thought the question applies to previous application we've had with CIC. Like work permit application, renewal of visa etc.

They specifically say Permanent Resident applications.

Below are the questions i am referring to on Express Entry:

1. Has Mr Chris Brown applied to Citizenship and Immigration Canada before?
Answer: Yes or No (Even if CEC application was returned?)

2. Has Mr Chris Brown applied for Express Entry before?
Answer: No

3. If Mr Chris Brows has a Unique Client Identifier (UCI) please enter it below
Unique Client Identifier (UCI):
Answer: (Should we enter the client ID on our work permit here?)

so you have the same problem with me... i think the first answer should be no.

How about the UCI number? Should we leave it blank or write the one on our work permit?
