A protected person applied for PR

Happy New 2021 everyone!
I am a protected person in Canada, I have applied for PR in Canada since July 20th 2020 paper based. I have never received any AOR since that time, it is now almost 6months and I have never hear anything from IRCC, any thoughts?

i applied in september 2020 and didnt receive AOR as well.. however i sent an enquiry to ircc through the webform and they confirmed that they received my application but did not start processing it

i guess we will receive AOR when they start processing our applications..

Thank you, I was told that normally it takes 3 month to receive application number, but now everything is backwards because of COVID-19, but still it shouldn't take more than 6 months to receive AOR!
I use the web format to ask them more than once ,but I haven't received any response

I RECEIVED MY AOR AFTER ONE YEAR. BE PATIENT. BUT ITS GOOD YOU GOT CONFIRMATION THAT THEY RECEIVED APPLICATION.

Best option is to link your application online if you haven't linked it yet

well you can call and ask if they received it. or if you got a tracking number, check it. normally you get AOR when they start processing your application. so.... yeah. it depends on the office and amount of applications they have. but since covid AOR processing times are taking longer so receiving AORs will be longer too.
