i m really shocked that one 4131 noc applicant, whose FT date is 14th april 2010 and FULL DOCS SENT date is 9th july 2010, already got the VISA two weeks back. and u have not even received MEDICALS. how come. ?

Hi Hiteshdand,
That is the reason why it is said that processing is case by case. It depends on the persons own case.
If you are shocked at his or hers what about a person like myself. I am still waiting. But it is the visa office who messed up my file. I got caips and realized he made so many processing mistakes. So i wrote to them to explain.

Lets wait till the end of the journey.

Please find below details of my application. I submitted full documents in June 2009, got 2nd AOR dated July 12 2009 and received in August 2009. I have not heard from them. I wrote to them last year June 2009 and the visa officer replied ,

Good morning Madam,
You file is being processed.

Below is how my e.cas reads at present, It has never been updated since my documents were received at the visa office.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 12, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

This is from CIO review.

This is the out look of my application and i ordered Caip notes in December 2011, got the results and BF'D was 22.1.2011. I am still waiting to hear from them.

Have a look and give me any suggestions.

does your e-cas status show " IN PROCESS " ? if your BF'D was 22.1.2011, then i think that your file was opened on that day, and 3 things could have happened :
1. made some decision on your file OR
2. certain verifications or checks are still going on OR
3. put another BF'D on your file
is it possible for you to personally visit CHC abidjan and make an appointment with a visa officer and tell him the details of your case and the long time that u have been waiting for ?
also u can e-mail immigration minister and prime minister of canada, regarding your long wait, and inquire about what's happening at abidjan visa office. see how it goes.

Yes. Fariza, it is really disturbing. The whole issue is my visa office has been closed and on their website they have written to contact Senegal for any inquiries. I have written to Senegal and have got no reply.

What else can i do? Since my last caips in December 2010, there were a few comments on my file and the listed some documents and wanted to see them , but they have never requested the documents officially from me. I wrote to them an e.mail, below is their reply. bear in mind he s a French speaker his English is not very good, so just try to get the meaning of the words.

this to inform you that we are still stufying your application.
So it is no use updating some documents now, we will reach
to ask for if necessary.

So on the basics of this mail, i am still waiting bearing in mind that they have not officially ask for the docs listed in my caips notes. Anyway most of the docs were in my file.

So Fariza when do you think i can ordered next caips , since my last BF'D was 22.1.2011.
