Hey Saki,
I am an Indian and staying in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with my husband.I am new to this forum. I had applied under code 1122 last year since I have 4 years of Financial experience in Mumbai, India. But unfortunately, my package was returned since the Visa Processing Centre was incorrect. I have 2 queries:-1: What should be my Visa Processing Centre if I am currently residing in Riyadh. Should it be New Delhi or London?

2: Is the PCC to be submitted alongwith the initial application?

could u plz tell me it is good or bad sign not to receive the file number till now(120 days have been passed since they encashed my credit card)
they encashed my cc in second of march but till now now news
i am worry now
can anyone advice

1 - Under new rules you are suppose to send all documents to Nova Scotia Sydney in Canada and then they will send the documents to the visa office, you have both choices New Delhi and London if you choose London then you will need to show that you have a valid 1 yr visa of Saudia so that London office can process your application if you dont then your office will be New Delhi, in any case i would say better to select ND as its quicker than London.

2 - It is recommend to send PCC with the documetns but if you cant then its fine visa office will request you for it when processing will start but you need to make sure its ready to go when visa officer asks you for it because then you will be given a very limited time frame of submitting PCC like 30 days or so.

Thats a bit strange because you fall under new rules and you should have got some reply by now. Try to check with "Post 26 June thread" if anyone else is in the same situation or not, i am not upto date with the forum so cant give you an exact answer.

Need help as I have been refused by CHC singapore

CHC Singapore has sent me a letter of refusal. In one document my grand fathers name
is not matched so lost points of relatives. Is there any way I can appeal against it? Back in 1950s there were no concept of first or last name in Bangladesh. I don't know how to proceed further as I am on the right side.

Once visa officer made a decision the file is closed and its very hard to re-open it. You can appeal for it but that will cost you money and time about 1 yr to get a decision. The other way is to write back to visa officer and request him to re-open your case BUT this is only possible where you have some solid reasons which could change visa officers mind. With you father name you will need to provide more documents to make visa officer believe thats its a geniune and you should get points for it.

There is no harm in requesting so go for it, in the past people have requested and visa officer re-opened the case so this may work for you as well.

No it wont because you have already applied for Canadian PPR so you dont have to tell them if its refused.

thanks for the reply. if i don't tell them in future that my uk visa is refused and when i submit my passport later, can't they see refusal stamp of uk visa on passport. thanks

I have only 2 years of work ex. , have done mba in marketing & HR, i live in india and i know basic french i am planninig to apply for quebec selection certificate. Should i go ahead??? should i go through a consultancy or i can apply on my own, does it make any difference.

As I have not took IELTS TEST AS YET,and the no of applications now they r taking are only 500, so what u suggest is it too late to apply for this year.and how they count applications ???successful applications or the number of applications received??and there so IELTS TEST DATE AVAILABLE BEFOR AUGST 20.SO WILL THIS B TOO LATE TO APPLY THIS YEAR.
