To All, Please Just Something

I want to know all those who have made Updation & till date (More
than 3 1/2 years have passed on), whether CIC New Delhi may have
checked the files in details.

as i have Updated Documents in late 2008 allocated marks to each
section. i also recieved Ontario Pilot Backlog Project Invitation &
forwarded all my documents to them but till date i have not got any
invitation from them.

So can you please throw some light with your background knowledge as
what is the outcome of all those who have updated in 2008 from New
Delhi.

In next hearing what will be the output whether it will be class
action or lead management case. what can you predict from all these
about the future of litigation.

I got married two years ago. It was Love Marriage and performed in court. Embassy is asking for photos of Marriage ceremony. Those I dn't have. So suggest me how should I present my case.

Medicals done 08-10-2012.
God blessed me a baby on 21-12-2012. Now I am going to submit my new born baby documents on 20-12-2012 to london visa office.
My questions are
1. How much time it will take to get medical forms for baby and Passport request for my family.
2. Is it possible that visa office send medical forms for new born baby with passport request.
3. And what will be normal time to get stamp visas in my case..
I am doing job outside country and it is not possible for me to come back with in 2 to 3 months. Right now I am in Pakistan so should I wait for passport request or can go back to job...

Before also photos asked from some applicants and as I remember last year one applicant was rejected because could not produce photos. Do you have a kid? If yes or if she is pregnant then that helps. Other wise you can take photos with your and her family members. Give an explanation about court marriage. If you have join bank account or any assest under the both names those also will help to proof that you are married couple.

No need to intimate and then wait for the response of ur VO, Directly send LVO attested copies of Birth Certificate, B form, Passport(First Page) of ur baby with updated IMM008 & IMM5406 forms, 04 passport size pics and a DD of Can $ 150.

U will get the MR forms for ur baby with in 30-40 days, after Vo receives the aforementioned docs of ur baby.

After the medical results of ur baby reached Vo, U will get PPR in a couple of months as per current trend.

2. Is it possible that visa office send medical forms for new born baby with passport request.

U never know but that's not their practice.

3. And what will be normal time to get stamp visas in my case..
I am doing job outside country and it is not possible for me to come back with in 2 to 3 months.

U don't have to come back for PPR, U can courier ur PP from there to LVO. Regarding ur family, they will have to send their PP copies to LVo first and they will get their PP stamped from ISB CHC, coz it is not allowed to send one's PPs outside PK through courier.

Right now I am in Pakistan so should I wait for passport request or can go back to job...

can anyone help me out my case was refused after that i send more document to clear my adaptability points and after spending near about 100 days my e cass sshows in process after decision made then again 24 december it got in decision made without changing any internal matter of e- cass.

I am a MI3 applicant. I got my visa in Dec'12. But in Nov i have couriered my spouse's docs to cic. Can you plz suggest, whether is shld wait for cic to ask for my passport or shl i courier it to them as additional document.

Also can you predict when cn i expect medical for my spouse.

Get DD from your own bank account that is payable at any Canadian Bank.
This is the safest simple and cost effective way.
