applied March 2010 FSW category from dubai to London
in process May 20 ,2012
got medical June 30,2012
Medical done July 10,2012
Medical line recieved July 25,2102
passport request Sept 21,2012
Passport delvd Sept 24,2012
Decision Made september 26,2012
Decision made to in process at front again oct 12,2012 (in detail it says decision made )
but no worries that day they stamped passport
Passport recieved Monday Oct 22,2012

i would like to say QORAX THAT HE IS DOING VERY GOOD JOB AND HELPING HUMANITY. THERE ARE VERY WAYS TO HELP PEOPLE NOT ONLY AT RELIGIOUS PLACES. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR ALL THE HELLP. AND AGAIN HE IS ALWAYS RIGHT

I am in a pecuiliar problem..let me share and am inviting your opinion...
I shared earlier that SGVO has asked me to send additional documents and bank drafts..which inclueds rprf for me and my wife,,Today i went to scb gulshan,,,they told without medical they cant sanction a bankdraft for RPRF.But SGVO hasn't ask to do medical accordingly they dint send any medical related papers..again they sent me a letter addressing "your right for permanent residence fee is now due..if you dont deposit with 60 days of the date of this letter issued..........."

Now comment plsease

Send a CSI explaining the situation.......don't be frustrated. Look for alternate options other than SCB.

I m april 2010 applicant. mine application was transferred to New Delhi VO in august 2010. In march 2012 case was rejected. but after appeal they started processing in may 2012. processing time displayed on website is 24 months so i want to know that how to calculate processing time for file? should i count 24 months from april 2010 or august 2010 or may 2012? please reply.

Do you know if I can get in-person stamping done on the same day at Los Angeles ? if Yes, Can I get it done for my wife too ?

we are planning to apply in january 2013...as FSW...
and we are expecting child till 1st week of december 2012
as we are living in saudia arabia eastern province and opportunity to make computerize passport is not avaliable in this province..for that we have to travel to riyadh..which will be difficult with such a small child.
so can we send manual passport to cic with our initial application?
will it be accepted?

i will b very thankful for ur answer

Hello Saki, how r u? perhaps u remember me. hi everyone in forum. canada 1234 and other seniors. I have been refused 4 months ago and mentioned that u will get back a cheque/draft in few days but I didn't get any yet.I didn't send a draft with documents to London Visa office while it was mandatory to send one with 1st application to nova scotia canada. Plz let me know will they also refund the draft which I had sent to Nova Scotia, Canada with 1st application?, if yes, plz let me know the e.mail address of immigration office in nova scotia canada office where I can launch my complaint. Is there anyone who has been refused and got back refund from nova scotia canada? I will be grateful to u for this help.

hello FMM. my refusal is interesting. there were 2 reasons.
First joke is: "you don't have at least 4 years experience in last 10 years" ,whether I mentioned that I am in this business at same post from last 23 years.....lol,
2nd joke is : "you don't have same job duties which are required for your category " whether I was 200% sure that I didn't left even a single duty in my 3 pages long experience letter, after refusal I again checked, every duty was in exp letter.
I appealed and highlighted every thing but again same wording. If I hire a lawyer in Canada I am sure I can easily win my case but it is costly, so I forget Canada . Pakistan zindabad....lol

I want to know all those who have made Updation & till date (More
than 3 1/2 years have passed on), whether CIC New Delhi may have
checked the files in details.

as i have Updated Documents in late 2008 allocated marks to each
section. i also recieved Ontario Pilot Backlog Project Invitation &
forwarded all my documents to them but till date i have not got any
invitation from them.

So can you please throw some light with your background knowledge as
what is the outcome of all those who have updated in 2008 from New
Delhi.

In next hearing what will be the output whether it will be class
action or lead management case. what can you predict from all these
about the future of litigation.

In India there was huge protest against prime minister visit. but
don't know what will happen in future about us.

I had my interview about 1 month ago and was asked to send in a missing doc later. I have send in this document three weeks ago and still no rep from the bureau. Is there any way in which i could find out if i have been issued a CSQ? Pls i need help. Phone numbers or anything to the imm office in Paris. Can i still be denied a CSQ even after sending in this document?

only good if ur spouse is secondry applicant..but fr primry applicnt..it requires 6 in each..
