Complete Application Package received by VO Islamabad in December 2009,

Application transferred to VO London on 30 June 2010,

Application reviewed at processing started at VO London on 24 January 2012.

It's almost 16 months now so when should I expect the medical request?

Isn't it late?

PLS HELP ME I AM GOING CRAZY

I have asked this same question before but just want some more opinions from seniors and other members

So I emailed CPP-O like ten days back and got this reply

" Please be advised that your file is currently with an officer for final review. We will contact you once that is completed."

So my question is what should I expect next and when

And also I applied for CAIPS as soon as I submitted my Medicals/rprf/pcc and got the results but did not got much info it says SELDEC 4 and PSDEC 1 and BF'D April 27th

So after this all what are the chances of rejection and what should I expect next

Thanks for your effort in this great forum.
I have applied Under FSW on 25/05/2010
My file was transferred from LVO to PVO on 16/4/2013 and sent me the medical exams on 17/4/2013 ,done and Medical recieved line added on 14/05/2013,they requested new PCC and +New PR form IM0008 and ScheduleA Background IMM5669.supplemantary Info IMM5562 and additional Family Info IMM5406 all were submitted and recieved on 21/5/2013.RPRF already paid from the beginning and they confirmed that.
How long it might take to request for passports to put visa if every thing went Ok?
this is how it looks when I check my application:

We received your application for permanent residence on May 25, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on October 21, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the Paris office. They are pending review.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on April 24, 2012.

Medical results have been received.

Is this true that MR comes after every 3 months?? from LVO.
For successful appeal cases, is the time frame same as others?

My brother did Two years I.T.I diploma in Refrigration & Air Conditioning after 10th & he has more than 6 years experience in this field.Having relative in Canada D.O.B 21.2.89,can he qualify for FSW 2013,if yes what would be his IELTS requirement.

but I think unfortunately not in FSW 2013. check some other options. I suggest to check "7313 Refrigeration and air conditioning mechanics"
on this link as federal trade program

Yes English proficiency test is mandatory for FSW 2013 check the requirement by doing self assessment on website
