Dear Saki

Can you or any body tell me when my file will be reviewed. I filed my application with LVO in April 2010 , and till date waiting for ant response , contacted them many times / raised CSE and every time got generic routine responses .

I am getting frustrated , as scores of applicants who have filled their applications after me are now Canadian PR , and I am still awaiting a review.

Can you / any body guide / inform me future time by which LVO will process my application

Dear Qorax

I need urgent help regarding passport specification. I got email from London Visa Office Stated
This application is now ready for visa issuance. Please follow attached instructions.

In the instruction of passport specification

"For your visas to have maximum validity, all passports should be valid for at least 12 months from the date of your medical examinations"

Problem : My spouse passport is going to expire on 15th Oct 2013 my medical date was 19th Feb 2013:

Is this requirement is only for maximum visa validity or passport must be valid for 12 months.

I already applied the passport for her but due to situation in pakistan passports will take some time and LVO gave me 30 days to submit the passport

Please guide me should I send the same as I am intended to travel in July 2013.

Dear if ur last degree is regular then u should not worry u will get 20 points. to attain points ur last degree must b regular. for ur more satisfaction i want to tell u that hot-lier who is founder of pakistan application forum has private degrees from matric to graduation but his last degree was regular so he was given 22 points. i discussed with him this issue in detail.

I have done ACCA-UK, B.Sc Hon-UK, CAT-UK & F.Sc. Should I apply for ECA of the highest one only? ACCA Or B.Sc-Honors-Oxford Brookes (which I got by MRA bet University & ACCA not a full time study) ?

I want information on FSW - Canada. I am already in Canada and has open work permit and doing permanent/full-time job as a "web manager" and it is under NOC list "2175". I also have job offer letter which says I be working in future also. I started this Job in Dec 2012. Please Guide.

Dear SAKI, I have done my Medical. But I didn't have any instruction for RPRF, PCC yet. Everyone gets all MR, PCC, RPRF. But i got only MR. Should I make the RPRF and send? There is another problem that my files moved to Sydney visa office from SGVO. Then what will be draft addressed

(1) Consulate General of Canada, Sydney..or
(2) receiver General for Canada

Hi mrk2011,

Medical request is separate and other documents request is different. Sometime both comes together and sometime with a time gap.

Nothing to worry for RPRF or PCC. You cannot pay unless they have demanded RPRF

For payment of RPRF, if you are paying in CA$ , you must have bank draft in name of "The Receiver General for Canada" (any Visa office around the world for Bank draft in CA$)

Thanks coolguy2010. I am worried cause applicant surrounded me all got MR, PCC, RPRF all together. Only I am the person is incomplete. I have send several e-mails to Visa office. But they are not replying. Also, people who completed MR after me got ecas update "medical result have been received". These all situation makes me unhappy.
