Dear senior member....

1. How much time will authorities take to visa issuance after submission of medical?

2. Those who are receiving medicals + updated docs (documents) + police reports + RPRF (Right of permanent residence fees) and No updated bank statement And No original documents returned. What should those applicants think, whats going on and what would be the decision?

Note: Going through, forum, I came to know that verifications can be done even after medical, but what would the experts say for those who are also receiving medical + landing fee? Are their background checks done?

When the ORIGINAL docs have not been returned it is obvious they are still continuing with the BC, even though Meds and RPRF has been issued. If there are no reasons for concern with the Reference letter/ Educational docs then one can be sure that the processing is going to complete soon.

I would like to add that when VO demands new PCC, then new checks are re-initiated which takes time.

Only way is cic website which the update every week but what i have seen is that its not accurate cap can be reache well before than so just wait and see

The reason could be that your checks are still going on or maybe they have want to have these updated forms first before issuing you the medical request, sooner or later you will get it so dont panic about that.

Dont inform them now just wait when you get the medical request telling them now will not do any good to you so just wait for their response.

2) And would you please advice that should I send my forms ASAP or I can send after 2.5 months. after submitting these documents when they will send us M ??

I will be thankful if you kindly guide me as i have following quires
After 2 years my ecase status changed into inprocess in this month. could you please guide me what will be the next step. I have sent them all my original documents when they will return to me? I want to change my mailing address how to change it? and when i sent documents my work experience were 2.9 years so how many marks they will rate me further i have sent them revised experience letter of 4 years along with cover letter after completed my 4 years. could they count it or not?

Recently I completed my interview in NDVO. The interview was regarding my job experience. The Canadian VIsa officer (lady) asked regarding my job experience and contents and i answered each of the question. finally she said it is ok. i have no problem with your job experience i am approving your application.
Now the question is how long it takes for medical?? pls advise me

Depending on your security checks and any other checks if they are still going on as soon as they are completed you will receive MR it could be with a week or so or maybe a month as i have seen different time lines for same scenario applicants.

She can write them to reopen the case like you have advised many other applicants but i dont think it will do much as she has not shown many duties from the noc but there is no harm in trying.

I just want to convey this message to everyone as Sadqa-e-Jaria. One of my cousin got lung cancer few months back. That was really shocking to all his family members. The best time will be 1st July 2012 when caps will be refreshed, if you NOC is still in the list send your all docs on 1st July.
