I have a newborn now 2 months, I want to add him to the visa application, filed under Skilled worker class.

My Visa office is London!

I have already received Positive eligibility review from CIC with a notification that my application is forwarded to visa office.
How should I move forward with this?

Lastly, when should I expect MR?after sending the SchA form. This is not fixed but varies from applicant to applicant. Ask at LVO thread from other LVO applicants

Why they demand the Sch A ? This is normal, to record any changes in your circumstances like change of job, marriage, divorce, new child, change of home address etc, I also got this request and I filled the form and sent back to VO, no big deal
Secondly, at this stage background checks completed or not? Ongoing, review of the form you fill may lead to more background checks

Hi, try to fill all gaps in your personal history. Visa offices have been known to delay applicant's processing due to gaps in their personal history. Ensure you account for all dates till this month cos if VO is convinced your history is accurately filled up, they will spend less time on background checks. Cheers.

I applied on NOC 0121 category & they should have received my application by 10th December 2014. Can you inform me how long it may take to receive PER from CIO? Wasn't I suppose to get AOR by this time?

Hi, if your application was accepted then you'll receive PER. Expect it soon but you can monitor your CC for when it is charged with your application fee or check with your bank for when your DD is cashed.

Most VOs are not issuing AOR anymore, it's just straight to processing of application. The time line varies from Visa office to Visa office. Check with older applicants from your Visa Office, possibly at the forum thread for your Visa office. Cheers.

Hi, when your update about your baby is reviewed, a response with instructions on how to proceed will be sent to you. Just stay ready and monitor your mail box, all the best.

Hi all,

Need expert advice on the following issue,

For POF i submitted saving account details showing the required funds and is maintained to the required amount since then. I had a piece of land on my name which i dint bother to declare in assets as i already had required funds in cash. Now i am in process of getting a loan for construction on this land, after which i will sell the whole thing. What impact will the loan have on my application taking into account that it will not effect my settlement funds. Do i need to inform/send VO any update on this loan matter. I am very concern regarding this matter.
