Please read up on it.

Sponsorship isn't immediate. Inland sponsorship takes 25 months. If you want to hang out for 25 months without being able to work, then that's fine. However, if you want to work, you can apply for an OWP alongside your inland application. That will allow oyu to work while your sponsorship is in process.

Thank you. Regarding the medical exam, do i have to add it into the files now or can i wait till they will give me instructions or how does that work

Thank you, so i found a panel physycian but they told me i cannot do the x ray since i am pregnant. So if i send the exam without the x ray is that a problem? I WILL include a letter from my doctor indicating the anticipated date of birth.

Yep, that should be fine. I have read about people who have done that. Do as much of the medical as you can, and I think th emedical will also note that an xray was not completed and the reasons for it. Then include what you wrote - a letter from your physician with your due date and then after you give birth get the xray completed.

So my last problem is that i just stumbled upon fees, the cic.gc.ca website says : Spouse or Common-law Partner in Canada Class – Fees
Application for $CAN
Sponsorship application (per application) 75
Principal applicant 475
Spouse, common-law partner or conjugal partner of the principal applicant, or where a transitional provision applies, a family member of the principal applicant who is 22 years of age or older $550

And then since we are from quebec, the quebec website says:

Number of sponsored persons
Fee
1
C$272

WE PAY BOTH??

I believe you do, yes. Quebec never makes anything easy. :)

You DO NOT pay that $550 fee. That applies when both a person AND their spouse are being sponsored, such as parent sponsorship.

PR fees:

Sponsorship application $75
Principal applicant fee $475
Right of Permanent Residence Fee $490

Total $1040

You can choose to pay only the first 2 upfront and wait for CIC to request the RPRF. However, not paying the RPRF upfront can delay your app when CIC needs to request it and wait for the payment, so it's advised to pay the full amount upfront.

Yes! I was confused by this as well, when I wrapped up my papers for my outland PR app. I called and confirmed with CIC… As long as the receipt you send them is for $550 (or $1040 if you want to pay it all at once, supposedly it saves some time) then it works.

Also, yeah, sucks we have to pay for the CSQ too, but that's Quebec!

Which fees did you pay?

They usually refund any overpayment.

If you asked the question why did you pay before waiting for an answer on here?!

If a person paid an unnecessary extra fee on top of paying the correct fees, then it will not be an issue; CIC will simply refund the unnecessary fee. However, if a person paid an unnecessary fee in place of a correct fee, then it could be an issue, i.e. if a person paid the $550 instead of the $475 fee. CIC would most likely refund the full $550 instead of the $75 difference and likely return the app because of the incomplete payment.

Not much you can do but wait and see what CIC says about it.
