8 months NO AOR, Please Help

Hello guys, I sent our outland paper application "Morocco" 2021 August 16 and we didn't receive anything, not even an AOR since then. I tried calling 888-242 2100 ,I couldn't get in touch with an agent
should we send another file ?
what should we do ?

Did you track your package to where it was delivered? Was it signed for? I would check there but should have done that a while ago.

yes i tracked the package and I have the Canada Post signed delivery proof, signed by a certain "TERI for C.L (CITZ) "

You could contact your MP. They are almost always able to get details about your case even when you’re not able to (because IRCC operates behind a cloak).
