8 CIC photos?

I have a question I previously got 8 photos printed at the photo center for the family class sponsorship, I am sponsoring my spouse and we just realized the photos are wrong we put our trust in the photo center and they said these are the correct specifications which made me totally not happy right now, the photos are not the same specifications as the document checklist has

Now she's overseas and I am in Canada, is it possible she goes back to the photo center gets the right specifications and the photo center or she sends them by email and we get them printed here?

I cannot speak from experience but I would imagine getting photos taken correctly and sending them by trackable courier to your processing center with a letter of explanation is the best bet. The photo has to be verified by the photographer, so emailing things probably doesnt work.
