7 years Gap after 10+2

I completed 10+2 in 2015 after that i had three surgeries due to genetic disorder that i had one in may 2015 other in june 2015 after that one in jun 2016. Due to time required to recover i had to take halt in my studies. after that in 2017 i did a three year certification from nearby institute in animation as i was near my house and i had to take extra care. now i am fully fit and do not need any more surgeries. i got admission for diploma in interactive media design at seneca to sept 2022.i have all all the document supporting my case such as discharge papers,letters from doctor. Do i have a chance of geeting student visa.

No one can tell you chances as it is based on program, funds, ties to home country, education and career advancement, language skills. The issue is that you have applied for a diploma program not a post grad program. You need to show how spending tens of thousands of dollars will give you a better job in your home country.
