Hello group!

May sound odd but just wanted to check if its feasible at all. My brother took 7 years (for various reasons) to complete b-tech. I'm trying to see if I could bring him to Canada through student visa. I know he needs to get 6 in IELTS to be eligible but would the time he took to complete B-tech be a hindrance in any way?

If all the various reasons are reasonable and genuine, it shouldn't be a problem.

He simply could not complete the subjects and took quite long to clear all of them.

Does he have a chance to get a student visa to Canada?
