So it would be a big risk I think!
I agree but I didn't fake my degree from back home and I'm sure the ECA will be for bachelor's degree. I'm working in Canada in a job which requires post-secondary studies that's why I'm sure this is what the ECA will show too. If the ECA will give me less points than what I claimed I'll decline the ITA.

Is ECA for the foreign bachelor's degree required before creating EE profile?
Yes mandy, because they ask for reference number issued by the designated body =D

Looping my doubt:
Is there a way to map the scores that we score in practice IELTS tests to actual CLB bands? For eg. If we score 35 out of 40 in practice tests, what would be the corresponding CLB level??

Alright. Thanks Andy...

However, is there any kinda matrix to predict writing /speaking abilities?. (for eg. Strict verbiage, replacing popular verbs with its more "English" counterparts, synonyms etc)

Hi Andy, I have already created my profile and it didn't ask me for any reference number.
Do you know if its mentioned somewhere on CIC website that an ECA is required before submitting the EE profile?

I have a question and its bugging me for 3 days now. I called CIC call centre, they say they cannot answer.. I read all the websites and still doesn't answer my problem. I tried asking here, some did but still the question remains.

I have two years exp in foreign in NOC 2174

I have done my ECA for Engineering + canadian degree.

I have english Reading - CLB 12; Writing - CLB 8; Listening - CLB 12; Speaking - CLB 9

my age is 27

and most important, I qualified the 67/100 barrier as I already applied for FSW 14

I used the CRS tool on CIC website and my score came to 398

when I am using the eligibility tool on CIC, it says I do not qualify.... WHY?

PS: I changed the funds more than minimum.. no avail...

Recived ITA under CEC... @ 496

Hi,

Congrats .

Can you please share the entire list of docs needed under CEC?

Also is the medical test report to be submitted just after the ITA along with all other docs or later on as was the requirement under the old system?

Thanks in advance.

Hi all,

I have a question that's been troubling me & there is no source of official information available regarding this:

I'm a single applicant under the EE 2015, I recieved ITA on 27 March, 473 points. Now, I have 60 days to submit my final application with all supporting documents.

Questions:

For proof of funds: How does the proof of funds work under EE 2015 FSW? What should the expected document be like?

I have fixed deposits worth the amount needed. These FD's are in a joint name. First name is mine & second name is that of my father.
Does this count as a valid proof of funds ?

Also, what is the date from which this proof of funds is counted. For example: If I submit my application on 3rd April 2015, will they check the availability of funds (the proof bearing the date 03/04/2015 ) from 3rd April? Or will it be from the time I made my EE entry application i.e 1 Jan 2015?

Can anybody advise ?

You will need 6 months of bank/securities statement

This is a little difficult (than joint account for spouses, where they are both in the application). You will need to have written prove that your father is willing to give you control of all the money in the account (correct me if i'm wrong, not 100% positive on this)

I would send 6 months from application, not EE profile creation date

I do not think you can have joint accounts with anyone who is not included in your application.

I received ITA, Score 454. Now While uploading documents I found that I was not asked about Birth Certificate or IELTS score Card. Has this happened to anyone?

They didn't ask for those documents for me either. What I did when I uploaded my documents earlier today I uploaded both CELPIP and Birth Certificate under "Explanation Letter"......don't know if it was the right thing to do, but I would prefer to give them more information rather than have delays because they ask for them at a later date.

Good luck in whatever you decide to do.
