I have a question, please care to answer.

I have 398 points, and my file is ready as I already applied for FSW'14. My file came back as the quota was filled. Now, when I went to CIC website this morning to determine eligibility for Express Entry, It says I am not qualified. What does it mean. I already went past (67/100) barrier in my FSW. what does it mean?

Forget about those 67 points. That is no longer valid now. It does not matter how much you scored there.

so, what is the minimum requirement? I see people with <350 making their profile, why does it say I am not qualified?

Anybody know how many points can I get for my spouse's education (master's degree)?
Alina, 10 points maximal, but provided his diploma was evaluated. Otherwise you'll get nothing.

If he wants to apply through FSWP then those 67 points are the only eligibility he has to take care of, don't confuse him, he just needs to try again and make sure he has funds, ECA etc

I had 68 points then plus my brother has his permanent residence now. so that'll be another 5. I don't know if it matters now, but why does it say i do not qualify

Do you have relevant experience in any NOC? Do you have sufficient funds? Do you have an ECA? Is your IELTS result still valid? Check out these things and try again

I was checking my eligibility - http://www.cic.gc.ca/ctc-vac/ee-start.asp

I worked in NOC 2173 for two + years
Funds, I do have.
I wrote in CELPIP as I am in canada.

Reading CLB 12
Listening CLB 12
Speaking CLB 9
Writing CLB 8

ECA done plus I have a canadian degree

I also faced similar situation. Then I realized that I was just putting the fund which is minimum required for me. After I put the funds little above than the minimum, it showed me as eligible for FSW. Not sure if that may be the case with you.

I showed 18500 for a family of 3. Currently the min req for a family of 3 is 18260 I think.
