Did you claim full pioints for IELTS when u sent your app. to CIO?
And is it now that you could not get the 16 points for language?

Then bro it is difficult for you... your app. may get rejected. Points have nothing to do with how well you can establish yourself in Canada. For that Proof of Funds is anyway required seperately. :(

1. You have taken the risk of application fees.
2. They will appreciate your challenge to economically establish in Canada.
3. but I am not sure, they will issue Visa or not.
4. You can withdraw file to get fees refund before sending full documents .

Good Luck

Yes I am unable to achieve 16 points in english. I have got 12 points for the english language ability. My writing and speaking are both high (claimed full 4 points) but listening and reading are moderate. i took the exam 4 times. But my all efforts are in vain. What can I do in this circumstances?

Hi,

I am afraid that it will be rejected, you are short of 3 points, if it was only 1 point then you might had a chance but 3 points does not look good.

Cheers

Dear Friend,

1. You are in tension, because of that you are not getting desired result in IELTS exam.

2. If you want to withdraw file, you can inform to visa office about withdraw your file and ask for refund your application fees.

3. If your 120 days dead line is going to complete, you can sent your full documents with current IELTS result. You can take IELTS again on later stage and you can send new IELTS result anytime before visa officer take any decision on your file.

4. If you have confident, then send your full document right-now, be relax and prepare for IELTS exam well, Take the test and send the IELTS result when you get required band.

5. You can take IELTS exam many times to get required result.

6. If you send the full document and you will not get enough band in future exam and visa office process your file and reject the file, you will not any refund. You can apply again in future.

Dear Visa expert,

Thanks for your advice.I received the letter from CHC regarding submission of all docs in Feb, 2009. I submitted all docs apart from ielts by May 2009. CHC asked for IELTS and employment history from 2006 by a letter in June 2009. I submitted them By August 2009.It means all docs completed. I was quite sure I will receive the decision soon. But I have received a letter again in March 2010 asking for employment history from 2006 on the company letterhead.I sent them by June.Needless to say,my work experience between 2001- 2003 gives me points. There is nothing to do with the employment history from 2006.This is the story.

Do you think CHC calculated my overall points?

Thanks.

Ranade.

1. You will get 21 Points for your work experience factor.

2. You may get spouse education points if you marry in between the process.

2. You can take again IELTS and submit Result before visa office take any decision on your file.

Visa expert,

Thanks for your reply.I have got 17 points for work experience because it was 2001-2003(2 years). This experience was from India. Secondly, I have continuous job from last year Sep which will complete 1 year by this sep. It's in the UK.Because I am under PSW visa. Do you think this job can provide me few points as well.It falls under NOC code.I mean can I consider (2001-2003) + (2009-2010) experience i.e 19 points?
In addition, I have got different job experiences from the uk.All of them falls under NOC code but they are 6 months, 8 months something like that.If I add them it will become 2 more years. But I am not sure if that is acceptable. Yes I am going to take the ielts soon as well. Please advice me.Thanks

Calculate your points carefully ,CHC will never compromise on even 1 single point, they will ask documents and even may call you for interview but will refuse you very nicely in interview stating you are not fulfilling the reqirement of 67 points.Good luck anyhow

Write all your jobs whether it is part time or full time,
whether it is short term or long term,
whether it is public or private
whether it is taxable or non-taxable

You should show all your work history when you fill the form.
Visa office will calculate all your jobs if it is from Skill Type O/A/B.
You will get points for all your work experience.
