Yes I am unable to achieve 16 points in english. I have got 12 points for the english language ability. My writing and speaking are both high (claimed full 4 points) but listening and reading are moderate. i took the exam 4 times. But my all efforts are in vain. What can I do in this circumstances?yukon said:Did you claim full pioints for IELTS when u sent your app. to CIO?
And is it now that you could not get the 16 points for language?
Then bro it is difficult for you... your app. may get rejected. Points have nothing to do with how well you can establish yourself in Canada. For that Proof of Funds is anyway required seperately.

Dear Friend,
1. You are in tension, because of that you are not getting desired result in IELTS exam.
2. If you want to withdraw file, you can inform to visa office about withdraw your file and ask for refund your application fees.
3. If your 120 days dead line is going to complete, you can sent your full documents with current IELTS result. You can take IELTS again on later stage and you can send new IELTS result anytime before visa officer take any decision on your file.
4. If you have confident, then send your full document right-now, be relax and prepare for IELTS exam well, Take the test and send the IELTS result when you get required band.
5. You can take IELTS exam many times to get required result.
6. If you send the full document and you will not get enough band in future exam and visa office process your file and reject the file, you will not any refund. You can apply again in future.

Thanks for your advice.I received the letter from CHC regarding submission of all docs in Feb, 2009. I submitted all docs apart from ielts by May 2009. CHC asked for IELTS and employment history from 2006 by a letter in June 2009. I submitted them By August 2009.It means all docs completed. I was quite sure I will receive the decision soon. But I have received a letter again in March 2010 asking for employment history from 2006 on the company letterhead.I sent them by June.Needless to say,my work experience between 2001- 2003 gives me points. There is nothing to do with the employment history from 2006.This is the story.
Do you think CHC calculated my overall points?
Thanks.
Ranade.

Write all your jobs whether it is part time or full time,Ranade said:Dear PMM/Bobby/Leon or anyone,
I have got 17 points for work experience because it was 2001-2003(2 years).I achieved this experience from India. Secondly, I have continuous job from Sep 2009 to date which will complete 1 year by sep 2010.It's in the UK. This job falls under NOC code too.My question is can I consider (2001-2003) + (2009-2010) experience together which will give me 19 points?
In addition, I have got different job experiences from the uk.All of them falls under NOC code but they are 6 months, 8 months something like that.If I add them it will become 2 more years. But I am not sure if that is acceptable. Please advice me.Thanks
