It depends, you say that your contract ends when your LMIA/LMO and/or visa expires. If that's the case you will NOT get the extra points. You only get the points if you have a full-time job that is not season, has no contractual end date, and is permanent. If you have a contract to work full-time for only 6 months or a year, that is not a permanent job offer and will therefore not give you the extra 600 points. If your employer filled out a schedule C on your LMIA stating that it will turn into a full-time permanent offer if PR is approved than you should be okay. I'm not 100% sure about that one so check with your HR department or a lawyer.
So, just make sure you have a permanent job offer with no end date. When you fill out your application, it will ask for the positive LMIA number and the job offer documents. I haven't been asked for an actual copy of the LMIA yet, but my application is stuck in the Review of Eligibility - In Progress mode. They might ask for it, unless they can just verify it with the number. Who knows. Just make sure you are completely honest on the application and your profile or else you will run into trouble later.
Something to watch out for, is filling out your profile saying you have a permanent job offer with a LMIA and then getting the points. That might give you the point and allow you to get an ITA, but once you have the ITA you will have to show the proof and if you don't have the permanent job offer docs you'll get rejected at best and accused of providing false information at worse. So, be careful! If you are uncertain about your job, then consult a lawyer.

Hi there
I've got my LMO about a year ago and now I'm starting my Express Entry (PR card). I was going through the myCIC online application and there is a question about my LMO/LMIA number. Does anyone know where can I find it? is it one of the numbers on my work permit or it is somewhere else?

Thank you

There will be an field "System file number" on your LMO/LMIA. That is the number you need to enter.

Hi again, I have one more question.
Is it going to be a problem if the wage on LMO is a bit higher than I actually make? I'm asking in terms of PR

Thanks

You should not lie in the LMIA application, as the employer is required to keep records of everything, they do random checks at times as well.

So later in the PR, when paystubs are provided, for sure that discrepancy will be a huge problem, plus you provide NOA and T4, those have to match what you said you get in the application

It can for sure be a problem. The other way should be fine but then as per LMIA if your salary is more, then it will be problem. Actually, the issue is with your employer. He should be paying you as per the promise he made in LMIA.

But there was a lawyer working on my LMO and I didn't even know that I should get more money. I'm just starting my PR and I just saw that it says more on LMO. Do you think they can reject my PR application because of that?

Yes - it's certainly possible your application will be refused. You are supposed to be paid what was in the LMO. This is a violation of the terms of the work permit as well as the LMO.

So there is nothing I can do? But it's not my fault
