Another applicant's embassy receipt was added in my profile instead of mine .After that visa officer sent the mail and asked why you did so then my consultant added my slip then officer said to explain the previous situation why you did so and asked how 2 persons can relate to one profile when he didn't explain anything then officer closed my profile nd simply mentioned your 5 years ban is active now .Even my consultant didn't inform to me it happened may 2019 and I came to know yesterday after getting my caips note .
You have had a ban since 2019. You can’t overturn that now. When you receive a letter with the ban, you have two weeks to respond. You will need to wait until 2024 to reapply.

Since May 2019? You've been waiting for a study permit approval for 2 years and you didn't ask why it was taking so long? Do you not have access to your CIC account? What embassy receipt are you referring to?
I asked but he was making excuses that there is Christmas holidays nd all that so that's why embassy is closed and finally may 2019Actually, now I was planning to apply for jan intake nd I thought that it's only refusal when I got my caips I got shocked ....so tell me if I provide all the proof to the ircc then can it be removed?

I doubt that given it's been over 2 years already. You can try contacting IRCC to explain but I highly doubt that will help. Can you share screenshot of what the caips note said?

Check please is it working or not ?
Yes it worked. This is such an unfortunate situation. Did you have a rep - the notes says none was specified? Also, it says even the second receipt you submitted was not in your name. Something really doesn't add up.

Unless you have concrete and plausible explanation, you'll have to wait out your 5-year ban before you can apply to go to Canada again.

If you want to try to get the ban overturned, then you would need to hire a lawyer in Canada to help you through this process.

The alternative is to wait until the 5 year ban has passed before applying to come to Canada again.

If I hire an immigration lawyer nd will he will provide the justification in detail then would it be possible to remove ?

Depends on if you have a convincing explanation. A good immigration lawyer will help put your case forward, but they can't just make up stories to vindicate you.

What explanation would you present in this case that might swing this in your favour?

You can’t reverse a decision from 2019. Plus you are responsible for your application and you agreed to the information provided by the consultant. When it asks you to check that “all the information is truthful” you said yes. Officers don’t accept “my consultant did it” as a excuse.

It looks like consultant did not fill representative forms that was signed by the applicant. In that case then everything was done by the applicant in VO perspective. The two receipts did not relate to the applicant and the applicant receipt somehow was used.

Consultant was playing scam game by attaching already used payment receipt hoping VO do not verify the bar code. To me, provided PFL was issued and no one respond, and provided there is no signed rep form granting an agent authority to act on her behalf is serious allegation. In that situation, Applicant should careful thinking about hiring a lawyer to overturn the evidence as respondent has strong evidence against applicant.

unfortunately your consultant put a stain on your reputation, and even after 5yrs period they will scrutinize your application like no other, including if you are applying in 5eyes member state

A fraudulent receipt was intentionally/unintentionally submitted with your application. After IRCC send a PFL, another receipt dated MONTHS after you've submitted your application was then submitted, again belonging to someone else. Why were 2 wrong receipts submitted for your application? Do you have the receipt for the application fee for YOUR application at the time of submission?

Did you indicate in your application that you were using a representative (submitting form IMM5476)?

I didn't want to scattered my dreams for the sake of $150....
I'm afraid that ship already sailed...
