5.5 IELTS Score....

I had scored L 5.5 R 4.5 W 4.5 S 6.5 Overall band 5.5

But in last test i did not did any preparation i just went to british council and gave the test.

but this time i am sure i can make it i am studding every day 5 hours, IF i score 12 points that's mean visa in hand but i think 10 points will work also.

Blv me u can do it! U can get 10 at least, for me I think 8 is enough if u got moderate in each section , my lawyer said moderate is acceptable vo can't ask more than moderate, try ur power to get at least 2 in all, btw I sent my ielts for recheking I was hoping to get 6.5 in spe, but luckly marks changed in writ 5.5 so overall 8 out of 16 even moderate in all, but still I don't no what is next for me.

Dear RKO,

If your NOC does not need lot of reading and writing ur ok if there is need of writing reports or dealing with lot of paper work then there is problem. if you feel you can get high score in ielts then do it till visa office contect you, but be remember as per new law visa office has to take decision on available documents if he feel your ielts is not ok for this noc he may refuse your application sorry to say.
as per new law for ielts vo should not contect applicant about language concerns.

I understand that, but this what all we can do! I was close to get 10 out of 16 I don't no why my spe score is less than b4, I got 4 in spe in previews test, btw my job offer is for accountant clerk which I blv no need high english, cus my current job is finance offecer which more high post than clerk.

I know one guy he's score was 10 points and he is 1111 london visa office had questioned his score then he sit for ielts and he scored 12 points after that no news from vo. my advice for you try again i hop you will not loss anything, now a days nagitive decisions more then positive's so think what is best, what is my point if i dont score 12 i will try till i get it.

That is too bad , but What does mean 12 ? High marks in two sections and moderate in two sections also, but I feel who got 10 may he was having basic in two and hight in two also, but who knows may vo will ask, I will plan for this..

moderate and high is fine

Basics in ielts score is big problem, vo never convinced with basics score, moterate will take you to safe please but not sure, if someone score above 10 points he is safe for sure in english language say 12 or 14.

Don't u see this is too much from vo, after all this still they want to refuse the case, anyway will see what is next ! Wish u all the best and be sure soon or later u will get ur medical just don't lose hope.

Thanks there is good news for people who had job offer, its not that much easy for vo to refuse applicant, who has score more then 67 points,
because in october 2010 cic has given report to public about AEO applicants, they said AEO is big indicator to success in canadian market, so there is hop that who has arranged employment he has good chances for success. good lcuk

That's good new, yes london office, am uae national, btw when ur aeo is expiring, cus mine will expire this 17 sep,2011 am so afraid now, if something wrong happend I can't re apply, its my 5th time applying I hope this time I will win.

I already submitted my application last June 11, I am a registered nurse NOC 3152.. my ielts score are L-5.5 R-6 W-6.5 S- 6.5 OB-6,,,, do u think my VO will reject my applic. because of this low scores? because my friend insist me to get a high in all section because im in a medical proffesion but unfortunately I got low band scores... thanks...
