I think you will get it for sure. Even without LMIA

I included both in canada CEC and out FSWP for that injustice.
I work in CANADA in skilled job. no lmia or pnp as both requires employer activity

my visa expires

now say
Thats the way things work. If you can't find a job that provides you LMIA or PNP, but others can, you lose.

Thats how this system works.

hahaha Immigration minister wants only the brightest and issues invitations to people having 135 points on Human Skills. I think they should have a minimum bar on Human Factors too, because this is basically mockery of the actually skilled people. No one doing skilled job will score 135 on first 600 scale. Also, good to see the score dropping. Bears good news for CEC candidates definitely.

I think CIC makes bad things by keeping the score above 600 so long time from New Year:)
Minister by itself promised ALL LMIA holders to be selected in any nearest draw, and lots of them now wait second month.
Everyone understands that this system was designed not for LMIA holders competition, so everyone hates this period and want it to end as far as possible.
I think CIC looses a lot of good attidute from both inside Canada and outside because of this hard and long period of 600+ score.

135 points means applicant has 40 year of age(45)+ 10th class(28)+ CLB4(24)+ canadian experience (35)+spouse education 10th class(2)= 135 points. :p :p :p :p :p :p

That might just be a PhD who didn't apply or needed an ECA (hence gets the same score as a 10th grader), didn't care for his spouse even undergoing ECA or IELTS. So even if he scores way higher than CLB4 - even 10 may be, he got a 0 for spousal scores. Of course such a person is likely to be much older than fresh grads who are working here on PGWPs.

Add to that the fact that several people who received ITAs earlier BUT because of CIC's fault, got invited for FSW (because they had years of experience outside of Canada, but also qualify for CEC). So some of them refused ITAs, created profiles again by removing their 'out of Canada' experience losing another 50 points but ENSURING THEY ONLY QUALIFY CEC this time.

So your assessed score is quite realistic - too bad it could be of a person far more qualified, skilled and desperately needed in Canada.

Relax guys - scores are going down at a pace that would soon let PGWP holders in as well.

In the mean time, you are free to criticize Canada for your PERCEIVED weird policies :) and those with ITAs could smile and are happy about saving money and hassle of getting ECA or IELTS for spouse or any of weird requirements which they didn't go through since those were not needed.

Update:
One more thing that most people are missing is that several of LMIA/LMO holders who are already in Canada might not have applied right away in the initial draws. Some body was waiting to complete a year so they could use CEC route instead of a lot of hassle of documentation for FSW. For others there could be several reasons.

Not necessarily these are new LMIAs.

At the moment, it is pretty hard and time consuming to get one. Even exceptionally skilled ones with employers on their toes to get people are easily taking 3 months to approve LMIAs.

It is safe to assume - these draws will always contain at least some number of LMIA holders. Those could be 10 - could be 50 (once the scores get low enough). But there would always be people who were not in the process earlier. So it is wrong to assume all chosen in one draw were newly granted LMIAs. There is no evidence to provide any insight into those figures.
