Had a serious talk with my pet snake and he said:

You need therapy if you're conversing with your snake :P

Owls are not comfortable going to Yemen, where I grew up. I never got the acceptance letter.

Why angry, they just called PNP the very same that always get ITA. The is no difference between having no draw and having this one for other candidates (which use their CRS core score).
Remember that they do have lot of technical issues now. Giving normal draw would trigger much more complains about how unfair that somebody did not get his or her points because of these issues and so the opportunity was missed.

I'm pissed at the fact that it is a possibility that someone with 186 points (Core/human capital + C. Transferability factors) got an invite. :'( :'(

LOL I'm just pissed that it is a possibility that someone with as low a score as 186 (without a nomination) got an invite. I'm just jealous I guess ha!

So you are in a bad mood because there happen to be someone (most likely 1 or 2 people) with low core score but who managed to go through PNP system. Thing is that provinces often do have different criteria to be nominated (they put milder language criteria for trades for example, but they require years and years of experience and ties to the province on the top). That person did have to go through similar system just to get his or her PNP (the application package and lot of questioning). That person is now practicaly bound to the province. From how we know PNP programms, we would most likely speak either about Saskatchewan or Manitoba.
Both of them do require prooves of ties if your human capital score is not high enough. So we are not speaking here about formal LMIA.

Yeah I guess, I was just in a bit of shock since I wouldn't expect anyone with that low a core score to get an invite. Anyhow, good for them. Most of us will eventually be invited. Cheers
