+1(514) 937-9445 or Toll-free (Canada & US) +1 (888) 947-9445
and here i am sitting at 496

That score explains the huge number of candidates who have benefitted from International student points..

My ITA status is showing No Invitation although my score is 516

Congrats, man :D

1936 is still a good number considering that it is end of yr with christmas holidays looming. And lots of people were saying that there will be no draw. And below 500 CRS is also a positive sign after seeing OINP has pumped up lot of noms between 1st to 10th december.

Was the draw this time open to all the program?
Cause if so I think its pretty reasonable as cut off score. Don't forget that this week both Saskatchewan and BC released new PNP, plus we have in the pool a lot of good qualify international student who already had competitive score before the change.

I think next cut off score depends on the draw date, if the draw is next Wednesday, 5 days from now it may be around 470s. if we have to wait until the 28th is probably going to be higher (480ish).

But its definitely going down with the beginning of next year.

In which month do most students graduate in Canada? They will qualify for CEC from a year from that month. So that month can tell few things. Based on that we could know the rate at which more students would be added to the pool!

is there a report of how many candidates r there in the pool with what CRS I saw the last year data i there a current one?

Depend on the program, the lenght of study, starting date, etc. Plus we have to consider how fast they can find a job that qualify for CEC, is not that easy to predict.

On one breath, I am disappointed with this draw because of the reduction in ITAs :(. On another breath, I am happy they did a draw after 2 weeks inclusive of all categories. At least international students with 2 year work experience + 30 additional points made it.

I am guessing they would rather have less draws this month because of the holidays but my guess will be:

Next draw - Dec 28 or 30
ITA- 2000 (+ or - 100)

Even though CIC has clearly defied all predictions and analyses.
