January and June had 3 draws each, what the problem with that?

They skipped once in Oct, draw didn't happen for three weeks may be this is similar and next one will happen on 7th

I really had a feeling it will be today, maybe the system is too bugged, that is the only explanation. So now they owe us one if it doesnt happen today.

I really don't think the CIC owes us anything...

That doesn't make sense, as they did 2 in a row after that in Oct, nothing to do with 3 rows in a month :)

There is no reason to do only 2 draws in the month, otherwise they would do it on 1st and 15th day of every month, not every 2 weeks.

So you are wrong :P

Yes they do haha. If it doesnt happen today then they have to make up for it. Dummy.

I am not saying I am right , it's just a gut feeling.

Is it possible to call CIC and check about status of draw.? If there is one today or not.?

Yes you should try!

Worse case scenario

Last draw 470, dropped by 2 points with 2400 itas.
25% lmia 600itas, 25% pnp 600itas, 50% between 470-472 1200itas.

That makes me think that there is about 400itas per 1 point.

This time threshold is shifted to 485 to 500 with 2400 itas.
25%pnp 600itas, lmia 0%, 75% rest in the pool or about 1800 itas.
1800 / 400 per point = 4.5 points drop.
It cannot go under 480 today.

Lmia people cannot lose points. They either get 600 or not. So there will be no drop in cut off because of lmia change.
Any thoughts?

How did you give 15 pts to everyone in the range of 465-469?

You may have to consider that there was increase in ITA's for the past draws.

24 November 16th 2,427 470
23 November 2nd 2080 472
22 October 19th 1804 475
21 October 12th 1518 484
20 September 21st 1288 483
19 September 7th 1000 491
18 August 24th 750 538

If we take that into account the upcoming draw may have additional 400+ ITA's ...

2 reasons i could think of .. first one is the fact that it's towards end of the year and they may have some numbers to fill by end of the year .. next they have given additional points to bring up our points and I do not think it was for no reason ...

-- > also I am hoping to get an ITA after 3 years of CEC and brought up to 478 from 428 with the changes on 19-Nov
