Hello,

I have applied for Ontario EE in Ontario Human Capital Priorities. I have received ITA on 30 December. However, due to some problem I have also applied for reissue the passport and it took around 2 months and I'll get passport next week. So, now I want to know what should I do next? How should I proceed? Do I need to withdraw my file and submit again or I can still continue with my current profile?

No you do not have to withdraw your profile. You can use a CSE to submit information about your new passport. Check this link https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx

Did you already send your application to OINP? They are very strict about the 45 day deadline. You could have submitted the application with your previous passport with an LoE that renewal was in progress.

That's what I feared. :( Sorry to say, but unless you have CLB 7 French, there is a very small chance you will get the PT NOI again. OINP has all but stopped sending invitations for the past month, if you check around this forum. You have to hope I'm wrong, and you do get a new PT NOI on your profile, but you also can wait for the 2016 OINP intake.

OINP will not accept applications over the 45 day deadline, so you can't use your older EE profile number.

In this case what do you suggest me? Do I need to wait until EE points drop to 406(My CRS)? Or I can re apply ?

Please help me...

Hello, Please anyone can answer?

Please guide me.
Your OP is confusing.

What do you mean you got ITA on 30th Dec?
If you already got an ITA where is the question of OINP now? Ideally then, you should have already applied for e-APR.

Thanks for your reply,

On this link they have mention that "Your application must be received by the OINP within 45 calendar days from the date the Notification of Interest (NOI) letter was issued to you".

http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNP_EE_CAPITAL.html#display

I have received message in my Inbox of MyCIC account with the title "Express Entry - Provincial/Territorial Interest Letter - December-30-2015" and I assume this is the NOI. However, I have not sent my Nominee Application form over there.

So my question is what should I do next? Or any other way I can reapply?

Thanks,
Yogesh

If you have missed the 45 days deadline, then you will have to wait get another one from Ontario. Lately, Ontario has not been sending any PT NOI, the reason for which has not been known. Once they start issuing PTs, in case you do not get one, you can consider recreating your profile. Meanwhile, you can also improve your CRS score by improving your IELTS score.

Thanks for your response,

For Ontario I have to wait now. Is there any other PNP programme where I can apply?

My CRS point is 406.

Even for Ontario what if I withdraw my profile and recreate it?

You should have applied with your old passport with a LOE that you are applying for a new passport and attach the receipt as proof. You can always send the scans of new passport once you receive it. I hope you get another PT soon.

Thanks manidhatt,

To get PT again, do I need to create profile again or not?
No - you don't need to create your profile again. However Ontario has stopped issuing invitations for now.
