Actually you assumed it (PP expiry) was a problem, whereas the reality was it wasn't.

So to get NOI you will need to recreate the EE profile, provided they restart issuing NOIs.

And if your Birthday falls in between, you'll lose 5 points and hit 401, barely maintaining your status. Please also check if you will still qualify under FSW 100 points grid.
